About the Role
The School of Science is a large and comprehensive school with learning, teaching and research excellence encompassing a wide range of biological, chemical, environmental, food, forensic, medical, nutritional and physical sciences, including agriculture and astronomy.

An opportunity is available for a Student Retention Officer to join the team.

In this position you will make contributions towards and support the development and implementation of effective and sustainable strategies that address and enhance student retention within the School of Science. 

You will coordinate and support the evaluation and maintenance of targeted programs (for staff and students) to facilitate improved student retention within the school and will act as a liaison between at risk students and academic support service areas across the university.  You will also provide data analytics relating to student progress, retention, and attrition.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months located at Parramatta South Campus and travel to other locations may be required.

Remuneration Package

: HEW Level 6 $103,879 to $111,343 p.a. (comprising Salary of $87,779 to $94,086 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
