Within the Research, Enterprise and International (REI) Division, the Enterprise portfolio is a critical bridge between the University’s research and innovation capacity and the University’s industry, government and community partners. The Enterprise portfolio has particular responsibility for the University’s partnerships strategy, R&D collaboration with industry, IP and commercialisation agenda (Western Ventures), National Priorities and Industry Linkage program, entrepreneurship education (Venture Makers) and support for start-up and scale-up business via the Launch Pad incubator.

Enterprise has an opportunity for an Administrative and Operations Officer to join the Launch Pad Team.  The Administrative and Operations Officer supports the effective management of the Launch Pad’s operational, event and communication activities through provision of high level administrative and technical support.

In this position you will also be a first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff from other areas of Western Sydney University to Launch Pad.  You will also contribute to the communication and project management and precinct activation strategies for Launch Pad.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 25 September 2023 based at the Hassall Street Campus.

This role will be required to attend other campus' on occasion but will be primarily based at Hassall Street, Parramatta

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 5 $91,209 to $103,148 p.a. (comprising Salary of $77,073 to $87,161 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
