About the role

Student Experience & Marketing (SEM) is responsible for attracting and enrolling prospective students and optimising their experience throughout their time at Western. SEM is now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Web Content Producer to join our Digital Operations Team.

The Web Content Producer reports directly to the Digital Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for content updates, production and publication of web content for a range of internal clients. The Web Content Producer will create and maintain content which supports campaigns and the strategic objectives of the University. 

The Web Content Producer will also champion the values of the Office of Student Experience & Marketing and ensure their practice aligns to these values and service delivery contributing to the overall student experience with the aim of transforming lives.

About you
To be successful in this position, you will be agile, progressive and have sound organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, as well as great stakeholder management. You will have strong attention to detail, experience in digital content management, a passion for marketing and the student experience.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience in a web publishing environment, including defining user journeys and the ability to review and optimise website performance.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 6 $103,879 to $111,343 p.a. (comprising Salary of $87,779 to $94,086 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
