The Office of People and Success is a newly established portfolio bringing together functions that support staff, students and alumni in their development and success at Western and beyond. The Office is organised in four centres of excellence including:

-           HR Operations and Payroll
-           HR Partnerships, Workplace Relations and Change
-           Alumni and Employer Collaboration and Projects

About the Role
We are seeking a new Learning Designer within the Careers, Talent and Organisational Success Team. The Learning Designer contributes to the achievement of the University’s Strategic Goals and People Strategy by advocating and driving user (learner) centred design; using insights to enable decisions and conceptualisation that inform innovative solutions, including digital assessment activities. To be successful in the role, applicants will possess relevant qualifications and experience, proven experience in specialist roles and have a thorough understanding of the work delivered within the team.

This position based at the Kingswood campus, although travel to other campuses of the University will be required.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $113,831 to $122,779 p.a. (comprising Salary of $96,189 to $103,750 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
