About the Role 

Reporting to a Recruitment Advisor, you will support end-to-end recruitment campaigns and activities for Hiring Managers aligned to client groups. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the administration of the Recruitment team, ensuring that our data is maintained and updated regularly.

More specifically, you will:

  • Draft job ads and post them to internal and external platforms.

  • Collate and distribute candidate applications to Hiring Managers.

  • Triage and respond to general recruitment enquiries from Hiring Managers via phone and email.

  • Prepare employment agreements and track compliance documents as relevant.

  • Maintain recruitment data through multiple platforms and spreadsheets.

  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Team on recruitment projects and business improvement activities.


About You 
To be successful in this role, you will be a team player, forward thinker and always looking for ways to improve. Collaboration and communication will be key to your success so you should also have excellent customer service and the ability to problem solve and work through new ways of doing things. This role would be well suited to someone early in their recruitment or HR career looking to expand and grow their skillset.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar HR/Recruitment support or customer liaison role, work well with HR/CRM software, have good attention to detail and be able to prioritise multiple deadlines easily.

Exposure to Workday or other HRIS/Recruitment platforms is desirable.
