At UniSA it’s the feeling that you’re a part of something special. Something significant. You’re making a real contribution – surrounded by energetic, inspiring people who are driven to make a difference as well.

As a people team we are very focussed on how we add value through a connected and personally communicative style of working which we’ve coined ‘people first’. It means thinking about people outcomes before process, procedure or policy, putting our duty of care to the fore and, as ambassadors of the University’s core staff attributes, being aware of the impact of everything we do on our people and how we work together. We invest in our own growth to help others thrive and we’re curious about what’s possible when people come together around a challenge or an opportunity.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to bring their skills and knowledge to the recruitment central team. You will be up for the challenge of working across all areas of the University, have a flexible approach, high level of enthusiasm, energy and drive.

You will have the opportunity to develop and manage relationships across the organisation, ensuring recruitment strategy and delivery is efficient, consistent and professional. You will influence stakeholders and clients by demonstrating an intimate knowledge of recruitment and the University to support the attraction of quality candidates.
