  • Commencement Salary: $82,077 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Recruiters to bring their customer focussed recruitment experience to the Recruitment Central team. You will be passionate about people and their potential through ‘people first’ recruitment and talent attraction.

You will have the opportunity to develop and manage relationships across the organisation, ensuring best practice recruitment strategy and delivery is efficient and innovative. You will influence stakeholders and clients by building credible relationships, understanding their hiring needs and identifying effective strategies to attract the best talent.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and information to managers and employees in relation to sourcing and recruitment of staff
  • Facilitate full recruitment campaigns, including the development of campaign strategies and defining selection processes
  • Research and present findings to support the delivery of value-adding best practice recruitment services across the university
  • Build and maintain networks and credible relationships with local People, Talent and Culture Business Partners and hiring managers

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Substantial customer focussed recruitment experience
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement of sourcing strategies via innovative channels
  • High level negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to work effectively in a fast paced, high volume environment
