  • Commencement Salary: $71,205 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to bring their skills and knowledge to the recruitment central team. You will have a flexible approach, a high level of enthusiasm, energy and drive.

You will have the opportunity to develop and manage relationships across the organisation, ensuring recruitment strategy and delivery is efficient, consistent and professional. You will influence stakeholders and clients by demonstrating an intimate knowledge of recruitment and the University to support the attraction of quality candidates.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Customer focussed recruitment experience and experience using a range of innovative sourcing strategies
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently and use compelling arguments to negotiate, influence and gain the support of others
  • Experience in the use of e-recruitment systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Excellent time management skills to work effectively in a fast paced, high volume environment
