Working under general direction, the Records Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Records Services Manager by leading the Records team to deliver a high quality and customer-focused service across records services activities. The role has a strong operational focus to ensure the alignment of services and programs to best fulfil the University’s requirements for business efficiency and compliant recordkeeping. Liaison with business and academic areas will be central to this role along with a high level use of the University’s recordkeeping system HPECM / CM while supporting wider records activities.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in supporting a high quality records program across both digital and hardcopy records.
  • Demonstrated skills in leading and supporting a team.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, both written and oral and the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with competing deadlines with sound judgement and the ability to prioritise work tasks.
  • Evidence of proficiency with EDRMS systems and other relevant applications and the willingness to further extend digital capabilities.
