We are seeking an enthusiastic Prospect Enquiry Agent with a passion for teamwork and outstanding service delivery

The Prospect Enquiry Agent provides exceptional customer service to prospective students in a multi-channel service environment with limited hand-off to ensure optimal customer experience. Working under general direction, they will provide a consistently high level of response to domestic and international prospects seeking information on programs or services (e.g accommodation) at the University of Adelaide. The Prospect Enquiry Agent will seek to form relationships with subject matter experts in faculties and other University teams, re-directing specialist enquiries where appropriate.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Demonstrated experience and commitment in delivering customer-centric service.
  • Ability to learn new systems and adopt to new technologies.
  • Experience in a high volume telephone/email service structure, strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
  • Experience in high pressure, high demand environments.
  • The ability to work effectively across omni-service channels to meet demand and the student lifecycle.
