An exciting opportunity is now available to help transform culture at The University of Adelaide.

We are seeking the support of a Project Officer to assist in the facilitation and delivery of multiple projects within the Transforming Culture project team. The role involves working closely with the Project Director to support all aspects of project activities, including project and administrative support, and the day-to-day program management.  

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination work, including assisting in the development and implementation of project plans, communication plans, project documentation, and reporting responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing multiple competing priorities, and capacity to act independently within established guidelines.
  • Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop reports and liaise with key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Proven ability to successfully work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Well-developed IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
