About the Role 
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a Project Officer in the Trades and Engineering Technologies department within Vocational Education. In this role, you will be responsible for the provision of timely and effective high-level support for NT Programs.

Reporting to the Project Coordinator and working with other staff, you will coordinate and support projects in accordance with the University’s policies and procedures and within the defined scope of the projects to ensure the successful delivery of project/program outcomes. This is a service provision role and requires the ability to exercise considerable initiative, flexibility and discretion.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver project/program objectives according to the project/program directions and within the set timeframe.
  • Proven relevant experience in the provision of quality administrative and support services within a demanding, client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the provision of a quality service to all stakeholders with the ability to be flexible and responsive to client needs.
  • High level of organisational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise multiple projects and tasks to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
  • A Degree/Diploma or an equivalent combination of relevant and/or education and training.
