  • Full-time, fixed term until 31 May 2025 in the Education Futures Unit at the City West Campus
  • Commencement Salary: $76,304 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About the Role 

Reporting to the Associate Professor, you will be responsible for the project coordination for Data Science Hub , an initiative established by Centre for Change and Complexity in Learning (C3L), SA Government, and educational technology start-up Practera. You will ensure effective communication, efficient resource management, and timely execution of tasks.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field with experience or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge and skills
  • High-level project coordination experience, including demonstrated ability to monitor multiple projects with a high degree of autonomy
  • Well-developed problem solving skills relevant to project management experience
  • Highly developed oral and interpersonal communication skills, including demonstrated experience in working effectively with people in a research environment, at all levels, both internal and external to the organisation
  • High-level written communication skills including the ability to produce high quality reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills together with resourcefulness and initiative to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines
