We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Project Officer to join our team at Industry Exchange (IE). In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team’s internal sourcing of talent, with a focus on attracting and recruiting students and researchers. Together, we’ll work towards solving industry challenges through Industry Exchange’s ground-breaking projects.

Forge Strong Partnerships:
As a liaison between our organisation and industry, you will collaborate closely with academic staff across all faculties. Your goal? To understand and leverage Curtin's diverse capabilities that are relevant to IE’s projects. By building strong relationships with academics and students, you'll help create a collaborative environment that fosters the exchange of knowledge and expertise.
Spotlight on Student Talent: You'll have the exciting responsibility of attracting and recruiting bright minds from Curtin University's various faculties. By engaging with students, showcasing the exciting opportunities at IE, and highlighting the meaningful work they can be part of, you will be instrumental in bringing together exceptional talent to deliver impactful outcomes.
Streamline Processes for Success: Scaling up operations requires streamlined and efficient processes. As a Project Officer, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to IE's continued growth by optimizing existing systems and implementing new ones. Your ability to identify bottlenecks, find innovative solutions, and create seamless processes will be key to the success of our projects.
