  • Full-time, two (2) year fixed-term contract
  • Salary range: $123,186 to 127,382 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

You are a highly organised and strategic Project Management professional with a passion for Information and Communication Technology. You are a highly effective communicator with the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. You have exceptional attention to detail, whilst being able to see the bigger picture. You are innovative and solutions oriented and have the drive to deliver exceptional service and results. You enjoy leading and mentoring others through engagement, role modelling and support. 

About the role

Reporting to the Deputy Director Information Strategy, you will manage a range of HCM Information System projects over the course of their project lifecycle from business case through to implementation. You will manage the identification, analysis and prioritisation of requirements, develop, implement, monitor and control risk management strategies, and apply high level of commercial acumen in the management of project budgets and expenditure within University governance and finance protocols.

To be successful you will have

  • Extensive experience successfully managing ICT systems based
  • Experience with HR Information System projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage human and financial resources in a project setting
  • Significant experience coordinating the collation of business requirements suitable for internal design and development and/or market procurement
  • Demonstrated experience writing and presenting project proposals, business cases and recommendations for consideration by senior management
  • High level of experience in successfully developing and maintaining constructive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to elicit and analyse requirements and negotiate and persuade as required
