  • Base Salary $111,966- $126,271 + 17% superannuation

About the opportunity

The Westmead Applied Research Centre (WARC) was established by the University of Sydney in collaboration with the Western Sydney Local Health District , to specifically address the causes of chronic disease, with a focus on translational research that addresses the specific needs and circumstances of patients in western Sydney with the aim to create, evaluate and apply innovative clinical and digital health approaches to reduce the burden of cardiometabolic and other chronic conditions.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • lead digital health projects and apply appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools, including benefits realisation and risk and issue management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered
  • manage, monitor and report on project-related trends and performance against project plans and schedules
  • manage and monitor resources, expenses and other financials against the project forecasts

About you:

  • tertiary qualifications in project management with an understanding of clinical trials
  • demonstrated experience in project management delivering complex and multi discipline projects
  • previous experience working within the health care sector
  • excellent time management skills with the ability to manage several initiatives concurrently
  • ability to manage and upskill internal stakeholders to deliver digital health focus outcomes
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
