About the role?

The Project Coordinator, Student Experience and Engagement coordinates the execution and delivery of allocated student success and engagement initiatives and projects across programs such as Students as Partners, student success and student engagement programs. This position is critical in ensuring the projects are run within the defined frameworks and control measures.

The role is responsible for delivering on a series of identified projects to coordinate consistent, quality-focused outcomes and benefits related to the University’s strategic objectives.

As a Project Coordinator, Student Experience and Engagement, you will:

  • Develop and provide the necessary documentation and reporting to support the management and coordination of the project or initiative.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, resources, budgets, cost estimates and provide progress and status reports and manage changes as they arise.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to keep informed and engaged to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate workshops and meetings as required and provide required follow-up resources and documentation
  • Develop and implement design plans to ensure desirable customer experiences and outcomes

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Experience in project management and/or administration in large complex organisations
  • Experience managing stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
  • Knowledge of project methodology, tools, and practices
  • Experience in designing effective business solutions within a project context.
