Your new role 

As the Project Coordinator assisting the Learning & Teaching portfolio, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the various aspects of projects, including planning, prioritisation, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders.


Key duties and responsibilities include: 
  • Assist the Dean, Learning & Teaching in the development, planning, and execution of L&T projects and initiatives.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and track progress against these plans.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders across the university, including faculty members, administrators, and external partners.
  • Monitor and report on performance, including tracking risks and issues, and developing mitigation plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, including status reports, progress reports, and final reports.
We are looking for someone with:
  • A relevant undergraduate Degree and/or relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a higher education environment.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Expertise to promote Learning & Teaching events and initiatives

You will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
