Why Your Role Matters:

The Project Administrator role is a member of the School of Business Administration Team and is required to contribute as part of a team and promote productive working relationships with University colleagues, Defence, students and Faculty and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
In the role of Project Administrator, you will oversee and coordinate projects that achieve the teaching and research initiatives of the School.  These initiatives include, the upcoming School review, events support for specific student cohorts, and the School and broader UNSW Canberra community engagement.  The role will also work with members of the team to ensure the School’s website and the SharePoint/School Hub are kept up to date.  This role is a member of the School Administration Team and expected to contribute as part of the team, to back other team members and be proactive in supporting to the wider School community.

  • Practical administrative background, involving collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to address operational inquiries.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, facilitating successful negotiations with stakeholders across various levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in handling intricate tasks with precision.
  • Proven capability to introduce and execute new protocols autonomously or within a team setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other pertinent computer systems, prioritizing the delivery of precise and punctual information.
