  • Full-time (1.0 FTE), 6 month fixed term contract based in People, Talent and Culture at 101 Currie Street
  • Commencement Salary: $65,766 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About the Role

The Project Administrator: People Central performs a diverse range of duties to support the Manager: People Central during the transition phase to People Central becoming operational.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support and monitor the implementation of the new People Central service functions
  • Support transition of HR data and HR report as part of first phase of People Central
  • Track and report on project tasks, milestones and deliverables
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in process improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of documented processes and procedures

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Project management experience
  • Manage multiple priorities while working both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and initiate remedial action
  • Knowledge of HRM systems and ability to review and provide system solutions
