  • Full-time (1.0 FTE), fixed term contract until 31 December 2025
  • Starting salary: $108,351 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role 

Reporting to the General Manager: UniSA STEM, you will join the Program Services Manager team which is responsible for the operational management of the program portfolio and associated activity providing strategic, commercial, budgetary, policy and governance and support. You will provide leadership management and mentoring to professional and technical staff, and will lead the resource planning, monitoring and review to ensure appropriate resources. You will establish effective business systems and processes, and provide leadership across compliance, accreditation, governance and risk management, and health and safety.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Operations or related experience within a complex service-oriented organisation
  • Strong experience leading teams and managing resources in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Experience with and understanding of WHS and risk management
  • Experience with workforce management and resource allocation
  • Sound experience ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative obligations
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship management and communication skills
