  • Commencement Salary: $101,110 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About the Role

The Program Services Manager supports the UniSA STEM Academic Unit to ensure the effective delivery of operational services and administrative support across student services, research, marketing, alumni relations, resource allocation and external partnerships.

Working closely with the Executive Team and STEM’s second Program Services Manager, this role will provide leadership, management and mentoring to professional and technical staff, building a strong and collaborative culture with commitment to service excellence.

We have one full-time position available on a fixed term contract/secondment basis until 16 September 2022.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the program portfolio and associated activities, providing strategic, commercial, budgetary, policy and governance advice and support
  • Plan and coordinate the effective delivery of academic services and support to students within the program portfolio, with a focus on student engagement and retention
  • Oversee and support the breadth of research administration activities in the portfolio
  • Provide leadership, management and mentoring to professional and technical staff in the program portfolio, building a strong collaborative culture
