About the role:


The Program Services Manager: UniSA Education Futures is one of two roles that  ensure the effective delivery of operational services and administrative support to programs and research activities. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the teaching and learning and technical services portfolio and associated activity, providing strategic, commercial, budgetary, policy and governance advice and support to the Deans of Programs and others. You will plan and coordinate the effective delivery of academic services and support to students within the program portfolio. You will Provide leadership to the Technical Services team and the teaching & Learning team, provide support in Academic workload allocation and manage planning for relevant facilities.

To be successful you will have

  • Demonstrable knowledge and skills in a related professional discipline 
  • Experience in a complex service-oriented organisation
  • A successful track record of managing teams and resources in a multi-disciplinary environment 
  • Experience in building high performing and resilient teams  
  • Successful achievement in leading, motivating and managing effective partnerships with diverse internal and external stakeholders 
  • Demonstrated success in communicating effectively with the ability to influence a wide range of constituencies
