This position will be employed by UniLink WA, a key partner organisation of The University of Western Australia.
About the opportunity
UniLink WA, in partnership with UWA, seeks a Program Officer to facilitate study tours and micro-credential programs. Join a dynamic team offering innovative academic courses and on-demand day tours in Perth.
This role encompasses administration, coordination, program planning, and execution. Responsibilities include logistical arrangements for Micro-credentials Study Tour programs, branding, marketing, business development, and front-line student service during program periods.
Training will be provided by experienced program coordinators, offering opportunities for skill development and experience with diverse study groups.
About you
To be considered for this opportunity, you will:
- Be outgoing and enjoy working with students
- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency
- Have strong administrative and organizational skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
- Be able to support and maintain productive relationships with partners and staff
- Exhibit the ability to take direction, exercise judgment, determine priorities, and manage workloads effectively
- Be self-motivated, a team player, and possess a can-do attitude
- Fluency in multiple languages and/or experience working with international students is desirable
