The Opportunity

The McKinnon Institute for Political Leadership has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Program Manager.

The Program Manager supports the Head of Programs and Program Leaders in the development and delivery of the McKinnon Institute’s portfolio of educational programs. This includes providing design, development, delivery and assessment support and expertise in educational and content design and development for both online and face-to-face environments

As the successful candidate you will work closely with the Head of Programs, program leaders and other Institute staff to manage the design, development and implementation of educational programs from conception to final delivery, review, evaluation and reporting. Additionally, you will lead and manage projects from conception to final delivery drawing on contemporary project management and evaluation methodologies

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires postgraduate qualifications; or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or demonstrated practical experience in a professional development context; or an equivalent combination of relevant qualifications and experience.
