Salary Academic EW 7 ($92,076-$99,667)+ 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements
Based at the Melbourne City campus but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University.
The Delivery Lead- Digital Transformation Hub will be responsible for implementation and management of the activities within the Digital Transformation Hub for RMIT Activator.
The position will work closely with Activator Director and Leadership Team under the direction of the Head of Operations to develop and implement an integrated approach to delivering digital transformation projects, education and unique industry embedded student experiences.
To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
Demonstrated experience in reviewing and executing strategic projects in complex environments.
Outstanding interpersonal, relationship building and negotiation skills, including the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people including university academic staff and professional staff, external stakeholders, students and more
Demonstrated project and operational management skills, with a capacity to manage complex projects independently including the allocation of resources, adherence to project timelines and to deliver high quality outcomes.
Demonstrated highly developed written and oral communication skills with excellent attention to detail in complex reports and applications.
Demonstrated experience exercising professional judgement to determine the application or adaptation of policies, practices and systems that impact other areas of the organisation.
Ability to work and make judgements autonomously, as well as acumen to know when to seek consultation as part of a diverse team
Demonstrated high level of diagnostic, analytical & conceptual skills to identify and drive creative solutions and practical implementation strategies.
Demonstrated experience and expertise in the provision of quality customer service
Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.

The Policy and Impact Team is available to provide advice and assist the University as it seeks to engage with strategic projects and public policy issues that are aligned with the goals set out in the Ready for Life and Work Strategic Plan to 2020.
