About the Role 

We are seeking a Program Administrator to be responsible for undertaking administrative activities and providing student administration support associated with the delivery of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Australia and Hong Kong, and other executive education programs and projects as required. Providing support to the Executive Director: MBA and Executive Education and the Executive Education Team will also be required.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Act as the first point of contact for MBA and Executive Education student enquiries, management of prospective student enquiries and applications, and all other internal and external enquiries for the team 
  • Provision of executive and administrative support to the Director: MBA and Dean of Programs (Postgraduate) and Program Manager to support MBA, and Executive Education initiatives and projects as required 
  • Undertake finance administration for MBA and Executive Education team and ensure compliance with the University’s Finance policy framework and the UniSA Business School’s finance procedures under the guidance of the Program Manager 
  • Work collaboratively with UniSA Business School and wider University staff, to ensure consistency of systems and processes across the Business School and adherence to university policy and procedures 
  • Actively contribute to the development, documentation, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes, policies, procedures, and representing Business Services in relevant working groups and other forums 

Essential Skills and Experience 
  • Post-secondary qualifications in business related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience 
  • Advanced organisational and administrative skills including experience in working to tight deadlines and the capacity to manage multiple projects with limited supervision involving multiple stakeholders 
  • Proven experience in working through complex processes with empathy to successfully resolve issues for customers 
  • Ability to work well in a team, and independently, with demonstrated high level interpersonal skills, with the ability to successfully communicate with a diverse range of people at all levels, both internal and external to the University 
  • Commitment to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies, procedures and structures and systems that deliver quality services
