With two roles available within the team, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of dynamic areas within a fast-paced environment, with a lot of scope for professional growth and development. 


  • Permanent and 18-month fixed-term, full-time opportunities available.
  • $72,578 - $79,393 (Level G05) per annum, plus up to 17% super.
Your new role 

Within the role you will act as the first point of contact for students, staff and external parties regarding professional experience placements, receiving, resolving and/or escalating queries as appropriate, in addition to developing and maintain records utilising spreadsheets, databases, and placement software such as Sonia.  

You will work to coordinate all placement administrative requirements for assigned units, ensuring timelines are effectively managed as well as assisting with preparation of course materials, handbooks, forms and other documentation, including all required documents in advance of the placement.  

We are looking for someone with a positive, energetic outlook who loves a challenge, who can be flexible and adaptable when required. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work well as a team and independently.
The appointed candidate will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.
