• Located at the Melbourne (Bundoora) campus or any other Victorian Regional campuses
• Level A – $69,882 - $78,262 + 17% Superannuation

About the position

A Level A research only academic is expected to contribute towards the research effort of the institution and to develop their research expertise through the pursuit of defined projects relevant to the particular field of research.

Based in the La Trobe Rural Health School (LRHS) the John Richards Centre for Rural Ageing Research (JRC) comprises a multidisciplinary team of 25 staff and 8 research higher degree students located across all La Trobe University Campuses.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• A PhD in a relevant discipline, (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, allied health, public health etc.)
• Demonstrated evidence of expertise in qualitative research methods.
• Demonstrated evidence of high-quality academic writing.
