(HEO7)- $59.65 to $66.71 per hour plus an employer contribution of up to 10.5% superannuation may apply

6-month casual contract- possibility of extension

Initially 3 days a week, potentially up to 5 days a week in the near future

PACE offers professional development educational products that enable learners to undertake self-directed and life-long learning. PACE delivers micro-credentials, open short courses, blended learning solutions and custom education products and partners with strategic local and international clients. PACE services include business development, product design, and course delivery to support and enable the University to identify and pursue strategic, revenue generating educational opportunities.

The Portfolio Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of high value programs, as well as activities in coordination with the Business Development team to attract and manage local, national, and international customers.

Working under limited direction from the Associate Director, Business Development, the Portfolio Coordinator works to implement effective business processes to ensure all customers of PACE are appropriately managed to optimize ongoing business opportunities leading to revenue generation.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of quality programs that meet client expectation/s.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  • Extensive and high level organisational, administrative skills and customer service, including the ability to prioritse and manage work in a commercial and customer focused business.
  • Ability to develop procedures and drive improvement initiatives, including driving growth across the sector and developing key performance metrics.
  • High level written and verbal skills and the ability to prepare correspondence and documentation.
