About the team 

As part of the Student Life directorate, the focus of the Student Services and Engagement team is delivering an enriching and supported student experience for all students and ensuring consistency of experience across the University.

The team facilitate core student administrative functions and deliver service to support either directly or in partnership with teams across the University at all stages of the student journey from commencement through to graduation.

About the opportunity 

As the appointee you will, under limited direction, provide a high level of administrative support for Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placements and programs.  You will coordinate a range of administrative functions in relation to on boarding practicum students, host organisations and placement opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent competency
  • Substantial relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team
