Exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and interesting role in the School of Allied Health Science and Practice. This is an ideal position for an experienced personal assistant with excellent administrative and communication skills who is seeking a diverse and challenging position.

The Personal Assistant is responsible for a full range of administrative support and requires experience with the provision of timely, efficient and accurate work in a complex environment. In addition, this exciting role is the first point of contact for the School and requires someone who is energetic and able to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated extensive executive administrative experience with proven high levels of confidentiality.
  • High level skills for editing reports, documents with an excellent attention to detail.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages and relevant integrated systems.
  • Evidence of effective teamwork, the ability to work to tight deadlines and positive attitude to client focused service.
