(HEO5) $72,832 to $80,983 per annum (pro rata) plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation may apply.

Part-time (0.4FTE), fixed term position available immediately until June 2022

Exciting opportunity to work in dynamic and interesting role in the School of Psychology. This is an ideal role for an experienced personal assistant with excellent administrative and communication skills who is seeking a diverse and challenging position.

In this role, the Personal Assistant, Head of School is responsible for a full range of administrative support and requires experience with the provision of timely, efficient and accurate work in a complex environment. In addition, this exciting role is the first point of contact for the School of Psychology and requires someone who is energetic and able to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders

 To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated extensive executive administrative experience with excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated high level skills for editing reports, documents with an excellent attention to detail.
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and electronic mail.
  • Evidence of working effectively in a team environment and with a diverse group of stakeholders.
