  • Commencement Salary: $67,739 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and high-volume payroll related data processing
  • Handle staff member payroll enquiries and follow up to ensure matters are resolved
  • Calculate staff provisions and perform complex calculations in relation to the employee lifecycle

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Certification in payroll administration or relevant discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience using complex HR systems
  • Highly effective communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with all staff 
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve both numerical and written issues through the interpretation of legislation, policy and procedure with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly developed time management and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a high volume, complex environment
