About the Role
Are you ready to take charge of fostering dynamic connections and driving growth? As our Partnerships & Growth Manager, you'll spearhead the development and management of crucial client and partner relationships, while leading the charge in generating leads and boosting sales for our diverse range of services at Asialink Business. Your focus will be on enhancing Asia insights, skills and capabilities through learning and professional development programs like the Asialink Business Academy and Asialink Leaders Program, as well as offering advisory services, and forging strategic partnerships. This pivotal role will see you driving business development and partnership activities on a national scale.  

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development and partnerships strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conducting thorough market research and collaborating with Asialink Business service delivery teams to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients.
  • Implementing sales activity and revenue targets, overseeing performance against these objectives, and regularly reporting on performance and forecasts.
  • Driving a synchronized sales strategy, encompassing the identification, qualification, and pursuit of high-value, strategically aligned prospects. Develop and implement engagement initiatives while proactively cultivating the sales pipeline.
  • Developing and presenting innovative pitch documents and proposals that outline and best position the capabilities of Asialink Business to convert new opportunities.


Who we are looking for
We seek a dynamic Partnerships & Growth Manager who excels in relationship building and fostering collaboration. With exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of international engagement, trade and investment, you'll be a valuable addition to our team. You not only understand the needs of clients and partners but also proactively offer strategic solutions that strengthen relationships. Your talent lies in creating mutually enriching partnerships and alliances, and expanding sales reach while generating lasting value for all involved.

You will also have:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, managing and nurturing client relationships with a structured approach.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in prospecting/qualifying targets, network building, sales/account planning, marketing strategy development, persuasive pitching/presenting to secure and maintain relationships, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of Asialink Business stakeholder networks with relevant senior-level connections across business, federal and state government, industry and peak bodies.
