About the Role
The UniMelb Talent Acquisition team is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with an exceptional track record in end-to-end recruitment.

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages end-to-end recruitment, develops strategic hiring plans, and builds strong relationships to meet workforce needs their specified portfolio.

The position is of a hybrid work environment - 3 days per week at the Parkville Office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promote the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, ensuring high-standard recruitment services and achieving target hiring metrics
  • Build positive relationships with hiring managers, support targeted sourcing, and maintain a focus on talent mapping and industry trends
  • Provide consistent recruitment policy advice, manage candidate relationships, and support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives

About you
With a genuine passion for talent acquisition and your exceptional skills in influencing, you'll bring industry insights, stakeholder management and strong communication skills to understand the unique staffing requirements within your designated areas.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • You will be the primary point of contact and the escalation point for all recruitment matters in your areas
  • You’ve successfully managed end-to-end recruitment processes with expert navigation, applying industry-best policies and practices for seamless and efficient operations.
