About the position

Reporting to the Senior Online Educational Designer. The Online Education Designer is responsible for facilitating the efficient delivery of online education advancement initiatives throughout the University and the provision of best practice online subject design support to the schools.

Skills and Experience

  • An undergraduate qualification in any field and significant education design experience, or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively in small and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated organisation and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage several different projects concurrently.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage collegially and effectively with both academic and professional colleagues, and the ability to negotiate effectively with all stakeholders.
