Due to an internal staff promotion, we are seeking a dynamic team member to join the DVC (Education) Office as we move forward with UWA 2030.

  • Full-time, fixed-term opportunity until December 2020
  • Level 7 $86,801 - $96,427 p.a plus superannuation

About the team

The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) principal role is to lead and oversee the educational activities of the University. 

About the opportunity

In this role, you will provide senior administrative, planning and executive support to the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education), leading the establishment and maintenance of briefing processes, office systems, policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations as part of a dynamic and fast paced team. 

About you

To succeed in this role, it is critical that you possess administrative experience at a senior level, including experience supporting committees and managing projects. You must also possess experience preparing and editing a range of business documents and be able to demonstrate excellent writing skills. A track record of successfully designing and streamlining processes would be highly regarded, as would be prior experience managing correspondence for senior executives.
