The Australian National University Advancement office is seeking a skilled and experienced Office Administrator with a passion for fundraising, alumni engagement and relationship management. Under the direction of the Director, Advancement Services & Operations, this role will act as a first point of contact for the Advancement Services team and will support its day-to-day administration.

Responsible for providing high quality customer service principles, the Office Administrator will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, playing an integral role in the implementation of Advancement and University wide strategic objectives.

Coordinating with internal stakeholders, this role will assist with the organisation, support and delivery of Advancement Services programs and related activities in order to support the Advancement Services team achieve the objectives outlined in the University’s overall advancement strategy.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with previous administrative, client-facing or project management experience and high level communication skills. To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated ability to provide administrative support to a busy office, ability to work flexibly, independently and within a team environment, and highly-developed data manipulation and analysis skills.
