The Nutrition Science Scholars Scholarship has been introduced to recognise the excellence of our students who will be enrolled in the Bachelor of Nutrition Science (Scholar Program).As a Scholar Scholarship student, you’ll be guaranteed entry into our Master of Nutrition and Dietetics (provided you maintain a 70+ WAM through your nutrition studies)

Coming from a single-parent household, it can be difficult to afford university expenses. Having a scholarship relieves me from having to take up a second job, and opens up options for me to take up a work placement unit. It helps cover some cost of the work placement, so I can focus on developing my skills at university.
Am I eligible?
You must be one of the following:
- An Australian citizen
- A New Zealand citizen
- Australian permanent resident
- Australian humanitarian visa holder
- An International student
You must meet the following criteria:
- A commencing student intending to enrol in the Bachelor of Nutrition Science-Scholars Program (M2001) single degree in the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at a Monash campus in Australia.
- ATAR 90+ or ATAR 70+ for Indigenous Australians
- A current Year 12 or IB student, or completed Year 12 or IB in the year immediately prior to course commencement and has not undertaken any other tertiary study, and are applying for a new course through VTAC.
Benefits
- $3000 per 48 credit points of study for the minimum number of credit points required to complete the degree to a maximum of three years.

To retain this scholarship:
- You must maintain a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70 each semester.
How to apply
- No application is required. All eligible students who list Monash University as a VTAC course preference will be automatically assessed.
- This scholarship cannot be deferred
