About you  
You are an enthusiastic marketing and communications professional with a few years’ experience developing and managing marketing campaigns and collateral. You are good at managing multiple projects and have strong project management skills. You can deliver work to budget and create materials of a high standard. You enjoy building strong working relationships with internal clients, stakeholders and external suppliers. 

You excel in managing priorities to meet deadlines and ensuring external and internal client expectations are met.

You also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence and Courage.

About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Account Manager, you will support a range of marketing activities:

  • Develop, implement and monitor effective targeted marketing and communication strategies for a range of Schools.
  • Work with Schools to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and flyers to promote study at ECU.
  • Identify marketing opportunities to grow courses.
  • Work with students to develop video and content testimonials.
  • Coordinate the production of traditional and digital advertising materials that align with ECU’s brand style guide.

Key criteria
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation.
  • Relevant experience managing and delivering advertising campaigns and marketing collateral.
  • The ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a large and complex organisation, with a strong focus on excellent customer service.
  • Strong skills in planning and managing marketing projects to deliver on time and on budget.

    This 10-month, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $78,854 - $87,624 per annum plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
