Marketing Manager - International & Regional Segment

  • Located at the Melbourne (Bundoora) campus or any other Victorian Regional Campuses
  •  $115,970- $132,615 per annum (Inclusive of 17% superannuation)
  • Full Time, Continuing

About the position

The Global and Regional Division leads the University’s commitments to its markets and its communities and carries oversight of the University’s strategic intent to connect both globally and locally to attract students and partners from across the world, and closer to home.  

Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Campaign Manager, this role is responsible for leading the development and execution of the International and Regional segment marketing and campaign strategy. Critical to this role is understanding market and product insights in order to deliver robust strategies that deliver tangible outcomes and commercial targets. This role is also responsible for leading allocated projects that relate to strategic marketing initiatives that sit without this segment but support the division and university strategy eg. Brand and Sponsorships. 

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will

  • Development of segment (including market and product) marketing strategy and promotional tactical plans. To deliver this strategy, this this role will provide leadership and oversight of a cross-functional team to deliver segment (agile squad) targets and projects and as such is responsible for the prioritisation, allocation and monitoring of these resources to deliver strong commercial and segment outcomes.
  • Responsible for working with the colleges and schools, market intelligence, product and recruitment teams on strategy development and strategic prioritisation. Critical to the role is understanding the needs, priorities and targets of these areas that need to be considered and prioritised within the segment squad strategy.
