As a Marketing CRM Specialist, you will:

  • Interpret briefs and needs from across the Marketing Division/Student Enquiries to develop functional requirements for Deakins Salesforce CRM.
  • Based on functional requirements, brief and manage new CRM features and configurations to IT and support CRM development backlog management
  • Plan and deliver CRM campaigns and  projects that meet Marketing campaign requirements
  • Based on campaign requirements, build and maintain campaign reports and dashboards
  • Provide insights and present on campaign progress based on campaign reports and dashboards
  • Champion CRM governance and process changes that will ensure more effective outcomes for marketing                                                                                                                                                                       

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and management expertise; or
  • Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training (in marketing, IT, software development, or other related areas)
  • Experience in CRM management to support digital marketing and/or customer service functions
  • Certification or equivalent experience in Salesforce CRM – Sales Cloud
