The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Events Coordinator the focus of this role will be to support the Faculty of IT and its staff coordinating the planning and delivery of Faculty events, including Open Day, Research Day and other student recruitment, alumni or industry events that are aligned with the Faculty's strategic vision.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for providing a range of support services including effective and efficient administration, event logistics and support to ensure the successful and safe delivery of events and experiences, collating and updating data in systems, creating agendas, project plans and run sheets for events, coordinating speakers, assisting with the set-up and pack down for events, and undertaking desktop research for marketing campaigns and collating materials and documents as required.

A relevant diploma and/or event coordinating experience required.
