About the role:

We are currently seeking a Market Insights Specialist to the University in support of a major strategic program to grow student numbers called the Education Transformation and Growth initiative. Working within and supported by an established team of passionate professionals, the Market Insights Specialist will be a member of the Data, Analytics and Insights business unit. The role focuses on using market scanning, data analysis and market research techniques to deliver actionable market research and insights to internal stakeholders in support of the Education Transformation and Growth initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Market intelligence.
  • Analyse and review University products.
  • Proactive scan for trends within the higher education sector.
  • Deliver customised market research.
  • Draw out insights from complex data.
  • Contribute to the ongoing work of the data, Insights and analytics team.

  • Qualifications in marketing, research, statistics, or  other business disciplines (preferred).
  • Experience in market insights.
  • Analytical thinker.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills that allow you to understand and cater to different audiences.
  • Ability to synthesise /distil information and make recommendations.
  • Proactive & agile.
