The position works closely with project stakeholders, both internal and external, across these four nodes (and two universities), most notably the MIPS Director and the four Innovation hub node leaders, to deliver projects in accordance with agreed timeframes, within budget and to achieve strategic business outcomes.

Additionally, the Manager is responsible for all aspects of project management, including providing expert advice on project related matters and supporting change initiatives where required.

As the successful candidate, you will have extensive project management expertise, with proven experience in successfully managing all aspects of medium to large scale projects through to completion. Your strengths in communication and stakeholder engagement will ensure your success in this critical role. A strong science background is essential and experience in the development of mRNA products and/or delivery technologies is highly desirable.
