About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Manager, Systems, Data, & Intelligence. As a leader within the Advancement Digital Information Services team, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising the Advancement CRM and other associated systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to the strategic direction of activities related to Advancement systems, data, and intelligence.

In your capacity as the Manager, Systems, Data, & Intelligence, you will drive technical improvements to the system infrastructure, provide exceptional customer service delivery, and provide strategic advice aligned with the University’s goals. You will mentor and supervise a team responsible for configuring solutions, maintaining data integrity, and developing reports and insight.
