Position Overview
The Division of Student Administration and Academic Services (DSAAS) is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Portfolio. DSAAS is responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle from when an offer is made through to the completion of their studies and graduation. Activities of the Division includes admissions, general student enquiries, enrolment, class timetabling, program management, financial transactions, scholarship management, examination management, legislative compliance in relation to students and the curriculum management. The Division also provides advice for appeals, grievance, academic misconduct and discipline processes. 

Under the broad direction of the Associate Director, Academic Standards and Quality, the Manager leads and manages the Student Regulation team to provide strategic planning, advice and support to the DSAAS Leadership Group on matters of student regulation and compliance. 

The position plays a significant role in the implementation of policies and processes that ensure the University's compliance with legislation relating to students, and facilitates training and education programs for professional and academic staff.
