At UniSA we believe that people are our best asset and the heart and soul of our University of Enterprise.

In an exciting era of new leadership, and as we implement a new future orientated service delivery model, we are looking to appoint a Manager: People Central to establish and lead a new staff and manager facing HR service hub called ‘People Central’. People Central will bring together core HR services and operations support making it easier for staff to know where to go for swift resolution of their day to day employment-related queries and to access consistent advice and support.

Joining the people team at UniSA, as we transition to a new structure, you will directly contribute to the transformation of our service delivery model by leading a newly established team of people consultants and HR administrators providing advice and services to staff across the University. It’s a rare opportunity to establish a new service, define the service levels and establish and evolve a team coming together for the first time.

As a people team, we've coined the phrase ‘Putting People First’ to reflect our commitment to deliver people focussed solutions and outcomes, and to provide a culture in which all our people thrive. As ambassadors of the University’s core staff attributes, we are always aware of the impact of everything we do on our people and how we work together. As Manager: People Central you will directly contribute to the realisation of our vision for an enterprising and culturally competent University community that enables its people to thrive. As a people-focused, strategic, and innovative leader responsible for driving a culture of customer service excellence and instilling a business and solution focused approach to service delivery, the Manager: People Central will lead and coach the People Central team to ensure a customer service focus is to the fore in all advice and services, that the University’s objectives are realised and that continuous improvement is a hallmark of the team’s commitment to service excellence.

To be successful in the position you will be able to demonstrate:
