About the Role

Are you an experienced leader in the student admissions industry? We have an exciting opportunity for you to manage our admissions procedures and design a comprehensive support system for students from enrolment to graduation.

In this role, you'll use your expertise in leadership and management to recruit and lead a dedicated team of Admissions Officers and Student Success Advisors. This is an amazing chance to build your own team and ensure a seamless journey for both prospective and current students, aligning our processes with organisational objectives and enhancing the overall student experience.

We are looking for a visionary leader who can lay a strong foundation for an outstanding student success experience. If you're passionate about shaping the future of our admissions and supporting student success, we want to hear from you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic direction and leadership for the admissions and student success team, aligning their efforts with organisational goals and priorities.
  • Utilising data analytics to track key metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end admissions process, including application review, interview coordination, faculty escalation and offer processing to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to support student success, including academic advice, counselling, and retention programs.
  • Develop and implement admissions policies and procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, continuously evaluating and refining processes to optimise outcomes.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a visionary leader with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of admissions processes. Your dedication to fostering student success is paramount. You should excel in communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders and effectively addressing student needs and concerns. Additionally, you'll possess a strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, anticipate challenges, and devise innovative solutions to improve admissions processes and student support services. Ideally, you come from a higher education background or have extensive experience in the digital or online learning industry.

You will also have:

  • Proven experience in admissions management and/or student services in online education, or similar customer service role in a dynamic, digital-first environment.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Previous experience working with edtech partners will be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of best practices in student recruitment, admissions processes, and student support services, including familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve admissions and student success outcomes.
